Olumide Frederick Adetiba is a professional known for his work in strategic human resource management, organizational development, and advocacy for change in Africa. He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Madiba Foundation for Good Governance, where he supports social equality within development initiatives for Africans and marginalized groups. [1]
Olumide has held positions in HR, Admin, and Finance at Premium Times, eventually becoming Director of Operations. In this role, he supported the Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism (PTCIJ), now the Center for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), managing grants from international donors like the Ford Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
