Fabiane Secches is a Brazilian psychoanalyst, writer, literary editor and literary translator.
She was born in Brazil and lives in Germany. [1]
As a scholar, she has a Master's degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature from University of São Paulo (Brazil) and now she is a PhD candidate in this same field. She also works with books reviewing, movies and series and other texts through these lenses as well. [2] [3]
In the last years, Fabiane has been devoted to the studies of animal representation and subjectivity both in law and in arts. Her work has been part of relationed activities at University of Oxford ( England), University of Lisbon ( Portugal), University of Antwerp ( Belgium) and others. [4]
In 2020, he published the book Elena Ferrante, uma longa experiência de ausência (2020), Claraboia Publishing House, which originated from his master's research and in which he dissects the work of Elena Ferrante through the lens of literary criticism and psychoanalysis. [5] [1]
