Non-Resident Indian named Kabir, who faces new challenges when he marries[2] and then is transferred to Australia.[3][4] Bhagat started writing the book in 2010,[5] after he himself had returned from a three-year stint in Australia.[6]
Bhagat, who holds and MBA,[7] is the younger brother of established author Chetan Bhagat.[8][9]
Ketan Bhagat was interviewed by several magazines.[10][11] The book has received generally favourable reviews, although it has been criticized for being too long.[12][13][14] About 10,000 copies were sold in the first two months after publication.[10]
