SusunW, I have added some more categories since you mentioned this category at WP:WIR.

• all subcategories of Category:International women's organizations are included
• several war-time organisations are included, there are more British and American organisations in Category:Women in World War I and Category:Women in World War II
• several national organisations are included, I am sure many more are not
