Is this categorization solely for people who graduated the University of Notre Dame, or people known to have been enrolled as well? — pd_THOR ^{| =/\=} | 19:36, 13 January 2008 (UTC) reply

I believe it is for anyone who went to the school. I'd been told before that even though schools restrict to calling only graduates as alumni, the definition [1] is "a graduate or former student" of the school and that is how wikipedia defines it.
