I do not understand why the subject of Ramadi is ranked so low in terms of importance. Ramadi is the heart of the Iraqi Awakening and has become peaceful after years of fighting. This is both an example of what can go right in the fight for Iraq and the heart of a movement that could effect the whole nation. I would say that it should rank higher.
