Proposal for change of title to "20th-century singers of Puerto Rican descent"
Wouldn't it be better to change the title of this to "20th-century singers of Puerto Rican descent"? They are first and foremost Americans, and the change would be less racially discriminatory. I propose this change for all categories that begin with "Puerto Rican ...".
