Henri Célestin Delmer (15 February 1907 – 2 March 1996) [1] was a French footballer who played as a midfielder. He was part of France's squad for the 1930 [2] and 1934 [3] FIFA World Cups
He played for Stade Olympique Paris Est, [4] FC Mulhouse, [5] Amiens, [6] Excelsior Roubaix, [7] Red Star. [8]
He played 11 matches for France between 1930 and 1934. His first cap was against Czechoslovakia on 11/05/1930. [9]
He was part of France's squad for the 1930 FIFA World Cup, [10] and played one match in the group stage against Chile. [11]
His last cap was against Luxembourg on 15/04/1934. [12]
He was part of France's squad for the 1934 FIFA World Cup [13] but didn't play France's only match in the tournament, a 3–2 defeat against Austria. [14]
