Events

On 4 September 2019 it was reported that two days earlier Fébronie Niyingabire, Administrator of Bwambarangwe Commune, had summoned three young girls to the Bwambarangwe Communal office, where she slapped them and beat them with a stick. One of the girls was hospitalized. Their offense seems to have been attending dance rehearsals for the opening ceremonies of the office of the CNL party, which they had supported since the period when they lived in the Rukore refugee camp in Tanzania.
