Bill Shannon (born 1970) is an American artist who resides in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shannon holds a
BFA from the
School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

degenerative hip condition,
[2] he developed a way to express himself through dance and skateboarding on crutches.
