Attijariwafa bank is a Moroccan
multinational
commercial bank and
financial services company founded and based in
Casablanca , Morocco. It is the leading bank in
Morocco and the fifth largest bank in Africa in 2021,

Al Mada holding company.
It was established after a merger between
Banque Commerciale du Maroc and
Wafabank .
The bank maintains offices in Europe and Asia, and has several subsidiary banks in Africa.

In 2022, Attijariwafa Bank along with
Maroc Telecom were among the 20 leading companies in Africa.
